Suspension Hearing Dismissal

Gary Kaufman successfully argued for the dismissal of his client’s case at a school suspension hearing in Manhattan.  Mr. Kaufman’s client was accused of physically attacking another student.  Mr. Kaufman successfully prevented the school from introducing the vast majority of their evidence, leaving the hearing officer with no choice but to dismiss the suspension and restore Mr. Kaufman’s client to his former school.
